Jen, owner of Lemon Fitness, is a specialist Personal Trainer expertly working with pregnant and postnatal clients. Working within the fitness industry for nearly 20 years Jen has acquired a wealth of knowledge and skills, and is excited to work with all her clients from all walks of life.
Sessions are safe, fun and accessible for all and most are designed so that Mums can bring their little ones along too! No need to call in favours or pay additional fees for childcare as baby and or toddler comes with you to class! This is at the heart of what Jen likes to offer.
Training takes place in clients own homes, fitness studios and outdoors in some of the beautiful settings we have here in South West Devon. In an average week Jen can be found working with clients beside the beach listening to the sea, in the woodland surrounded by wild birds, travelling to clients homes and in purpose built fitness studios with regular studio and gym equipment! Variety is the spice of life!
