About trainer –
Jen has been interested in health and fitness from a young age and whilst studying for her Dance degree in London she attended lectures in Anatomy and Physiology alongside Nutrition and Diet. Dancers were trained in a way more akin to that of a sports student, which allowed for an equal emphasis to be placed on how the body works as opposed to just performing to an audience. After graduating from University in 2000 and whilst working as a professional dancer and Performing Arts Lecturer, Jen began gaining different fitness qualifications. She trained as a Gym and Fitness instructor, Massage Therapist and Reiki Master as well as shifting her attention to work with new Mums and babies as a Baby and Infant Massage Therapist.
After gaining her Personal Trainer qualification Jen’s work has taken off with clients from all walks of life. Whilst Jen very happily works and trains clients of all ages, genders and abilities her specialism and expertise is female fitness within the Pregnancy and Postnatal fitness area.
Now the owner of Lemon Fitness, Mum of 3 Jen, plans to readdress pregnancy, postnatal and female fitness by providing women of all ages with much needed expert advice and fun, safe, effective training.
