Set up in 2017, Lemon Fitness provides fitness sessions and classes across South West Devon. Run by Personal Trainer Jen Parsons provision includes bespoke individual training and programmes, group classes and small group sessions. Lemon Fitness caters for clients of every description but specialises in working closely with female clients, in particular women who are pregnant and those who are on their postnatal journey-at any stage. Where stated classes are completely suitable for your little one to attend with you meaning that you do not need to call in favours or pay additional costs for childcare! There are certain classes which are not suitable to bring little ones to, but Jen likes to offer her clients as much flexibility as possible.
Class content and individual programmes are designed with each specific client in mind. Jen works deeply on restorative pelvic floor training, diastasis recovery, functional fitness and movement patterns. You will be retraining muscles, strengthening from within and building solid foundations on which to build upon. You will work on regaining strength, functionality and efficiency.
Jen’s classes are a great way to meet like-minded people, experiencing all the same emotions and issues associated with parenthood. They are wonderful in that they are something specifically for the parent that baby can come along to. Focus and attention is on you and Jen is always on hand to help out with a little one as you get your training in.
Great friendships have been made over the years in class and Jen’s provision is continually growing and adapting to ensure you have access to a wide range of classes that really work for you, challenge you and ensure you are trained safely.
