After having my baby boy I was determined to lose some weight for my upcoming wedding so started with Jen when my son was around 9 weeks old!... I’m so glad I did! Not only are the classes great fun but we do such a wide range of exercises and push ourselves so much more than I would ever do if I were to exercise alone. Having the class every week makes me and my son get out in the fresh air whatever the weather, which does us both the world of good! I will definitely continue the classes beyond the wedding goal as I can definitely see the benefits, it’s good value for money and Jen is a great trainer!!
I would totally recommend Jen from Lemon Fitness! She was so sweet and friendly and I adored the chatter and exercises around Stover lake, each one designed to target a particular area. I only wish i had found her sooner- before i had gone back to work after maternity leave!
Jen helped me to start getting fit again after having my baby boy. Love getting out in the fresh air and meeting other mum friends and new ones! Jen made me feel welcome from my first session. Keep up your motivating sessions!
Love Lemon Fitness! Jen is just so lovely, and really great at motivating. Booked to do the Stover class but am now doing 2 classes a week. When working out at home I struggle to fit it around when baby is sleeping. If he gets fractious that's the end of the workout. With Jen I'm able to train without worrying about childcare, me and baby BOTH get bucketloads of fresh air, it's a good hard workout, sociable and in lovely scenery.
